Join us as we return to live performance this spring with magnificent works by two of the 20th century’s most accomplished composers. Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms was completed in 1965 while he was on sabbatical from his position as Music Director of the New York Philharmonic. R. Nathaniel Dett wrote The Ordering of Moses in the late 1930s while finishing his master’s degree in composition at the Eastman School of Music. Both works convey a joyful and uplifting vision of human goodness.
