Kupferberg Center is offering a special presale on an intimate performance by Susana Baca and Nano Stern. Baca, the Afro-Peruvian musical legend, returns to New York City for limited engagements to present some of the classics that have made her one of the best-regarded and better known folk artists in the world. Nano Stern, a rising star from Chile, brings us songs inspired in the Chilean musical ancestry and his own family history. With influences from the Nueva Cancion movement, he has drawn from other musical legends from Chile, including Inti Illimani and Victor Jara. Join us for a unique performance in the intimate space of LeFrak Concert Hall and enjoy an afternoon of new and traditional music from Latin America.
