Queens College Faculty Exhibition Highlights Works by Internationally and Nationally Recognized Artists
Artworks by studio faculty in the Queens College Department of Art demonstrate the diversity and talent of twenty artists in the media of painting, sculpture, photography, ceramics, and installation and conceptual art. Among the faculty are many internationally acclaimed artists whose works highlight the exhibition. The works and their subjects are as diverse as the practices and styles of the artists themselves, covering a wide range of themes from provocative, amusing, and personal to politically engaged and technically experimental. An opening reception will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 5:30-8:00 pm. Artist’s Panels will follow on Wednesday, March 19, 5:30 pm and Friday, March 7, 2:30 pm.

Museum Hours and Location
The Godwin-Ternbach Museum is located on the campus of Queens College and is easily accessible from Manhattan and Long Island. The museum is open Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 7:00 pm; and Saturday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is closed on Fridays and during college recesses and holidays.
