For safety and as a courtesy to other ticketholders, please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Aisles should be kept clear at all times. We ask that you comply with these policies. Any patron not in compliance is subject to ejection.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices, which operate on an FM system, are available for deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Please see the Theatre Manager upon your arrival at KCA to arrange for the use of an Assistive Listening Device. You will be required to leave valid identification such as a driver’s license as collateral, and upon return of the device in the same condition, your collateral will be returned. There is no charge for this service. At this time, they are only available in Colden Auditorium.
There are ATMS located in the student union and the dining hall on campus.
Baby Carriages, and strollers are not permitted in the theater. These items block aisles and may become a fire hazard. Baskets and car seats are permitted if a patron has purchased a seat to place the car seat on.
Bottles and Containers
Outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted in any of our theaters at any time.
If your seat is broken, please contact the nearest Usher for further assistance.

For certain events, children under the age of two do not need a ticket, however, they may not occupy their own separate seat and must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Anyone over the age of two will need a ticket for admission. For assistance, see the house manager or front of house staff upon arrival.
Following the recommendations of the CDC, NYC Department of Health and CUNY, Kuperberg Center for the Arts is taking precautionary measures with regards to safety and sanitation of our venues.
We are monitoring the situation and are continuing to check with NYC Department of Health for updates. As of now we are open for business, should the situation change we will notify all patrons via email and updates will be posted to our website.

Door Opening Times
Lobby doors for events at KCA open approximately one hour prior to the event start time. Please note that Colden Auditorium is closed to the public on non-event days.
Please alert Security or the Theater Manager if you are in need of medical attention immediately.
Photography inside KCA is prohibited at all times. Flash photography is not only distracting to the performers, but to your fellow patrons as well.
Food and Beverage
Light snacks and beverages are offered for all Kupferberg Presents performances and select rental events. Outside food or beverages may not be brought into any of the KCA facilities. Please note that only bottled water and sip cup beverages purchased at lobby concessions are allowed in the theater.

Lost and Found
Items found will be held for 2 weeks. If you lost something, please call the box office at 718-793-8080.
If you have lost your tickets or they have been stolen before your event takes place, please return to your point of purchase for further assistance. If you have purchased tickets through TicketMaster Phone or TicketMaster Online, please call TicketMaster Customer Service at 866-858-0007.
Other than bona fide service dogs, animals are not allowed inside the public areas of the Kupferberg Center for the Arts.
The use of cameras, mobile phones, notepads or any other electronic devices during performances for any purpose (including but not limited to recording, streaming, phone calls, texting, tweets, posts, and viewing internet sites) is strictly prohibited.
We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light as you may be subject to search. We ask that our guests avoid bringing unnecessary items. Alcohol, drugs, weapons, bottles, monopods, tripods, selfie-sticks, laser pointers, signs, banners, oversized bags, recording equipment are not permitted inside any of the public areas of the Kupferberg Center for the Arts.

Re-Entry/All Sales Final
Patrons may only enter the theater building once per performance. Patrons who have exited the building may not re-enter even if they present a new ticket.
Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. In the event the performance is postponed/rescheduled, patrons will have the option of receiving a refund or retain their tickets and use them at the rescheduled performance. KCA encourages all patrons to take advantage of ticket insurance, which can be added at the time of original purchase online.

Can be accessed from the lobby of all KCA spaces. Children under the age of five must be accompanied by an adult.

If you have a temporary disability/injury and you have already purchased tickets to an event, please call the box office at 718-793-8080 and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to attend the event. When calling, please have the event, date, section, row, and seat available.
Please note that New York law prohibits the resale of tickets within five hundred feet from KCA. Unlawful resale can be punishable by fine and/or imprisonment.
Your ticket stub is proof that you are in possession of a valid ticket for the event that you are attending and also designates your correct seat location. This information will also help our staff locate your party in the event that you become separated. KCA staff may ask to see your ticket at any time during the event. You will also need to keep your ticket stub in the rare occurrence an event is cut short for any reason.

Water fountains are located right outside the restrooms in Colden Auditorium and LeFrak Concert Hall.
The Will Call window is located at our main entrance, just outside the Box Office of Colden Auditorium. If you are picking up tickets at Will Call, please bring valid photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets with, and your confirmation number. Please be aware that the Will Call window generally closes 1/2 hour after the event start time. On the day of show Will Call is located at the specific venue where the performance is taking place and will open one hour prior to show.
