All events must be paid
in full, six weeks prior to date of concert (“Payment
Due Date”). Payment is not accepted at the door.
If you are not enclosing payment with your order (for shows more
than 6 weeks away from your ordering date) you will receive
an invoice by mail with a due-date for payment. Failure
to remit payment by the due-date may result in the loss of
your reservation.

To order an event after its Payment Due Date, please call the Box Office to check for availability.
- Workshops are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, and a waiting list is maintained. The Box Office will contact you to confirm your request.

We accept payment by major credit cards, personal
or school check, or school purchase order. Please submit one
check per school.

All sales are final. If a performance is cancelled
due to reasons beyond our control, you will be notified via
the contact information provided on your order, and then invited
to switch to another performance (subject to availability).
We recommend that you arrange in advance to fill unexpected
vacancies with extra chaperones or students from other classes.

Seating is assigned at the discretion of Kupferberg
Center Performances and begins 30 minutes prior to the performance.
Colden Auditorium is wheelchair accessible and equipped with
infrared assistive hearing devices. Please call us in advance
to arrange for any special needs.
