Judging & announcement
A panel of KCA staff will select the 3 best finalists by December 7, based on theme, creativity, readability, and celebration of Lunar New Year culture. The finalists will be shared on KCA’s social media channels, KCA website, and newsletter, and the public can vote for their favorite via Jotform from December 7 through December 11. The entry with the most votes wins. In the event of a tie, the KCA staff panel will select the winner. The winner will be announced December 15. The winning artist grants KCA the right to reproduce the poster for event promotion, with credit. The artist keeps copyright. KCA reserves the right to select fewer than three finalists, or to name no winner and award no prize, if in the judges’ sole discretion no entry meets the judging criteria. In that case, no entry will be used as the official poster.
