What should I do if an event is canceled or postponed?
Visit the KCA homepage for updates or call the Box Office at (718) 793-8080 for further assistance.
Where is the Will Call window?
The Will Call window is located at each venue’s Box Office. Please bring valid photo ID, the credit card used, and your confirmation number.
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are available only if an event is canceled or postponed.
Can I resell my tickets?
New York law prohibits the resale of tickets within 500 feet of KCA. Only Ticketmaster-issued tickets are accepted.
What should I do if I lose my tickets?
Contact your point of purchase or, if purchased through TicketMaster, call (800) 653-8000.
Are there any discounts available for KCA events?
Yes, KCA offers several discount options for different groups:
Group Sales: We offer discounted rates for parties of 10 or more. Contact KCA Box Office for details.
First Responder, Medical & Military Discount: KCA provides a 20% discount on regularly priced tickets for selected events to first responders, healthcare workers, and active & veteran military members.*
Senior Discount: Senior citizens aged 60+ can enjoy a 10% discount on tickets for select events.*
Queens College Staff & Faculty: QC staff and faculty are eligible for a 20% discount on select events. Special pricing is also available for select QC School of Arts events.*
Queens College Alumni: QC Alumni can receive a 20% discount on select events. Proper Alumni ID is required for in-person purchases, and registration with the QC Alumni Office is necessary to be eligible.**
Student Tickets: Current Queens College students receive a 50% discount on select events, with a limit of 4 tickets per valid QC Student ID. Additionally, non-QC students can get a 20% discount on tickets for select events by presenting a valid student ID. Special student pricing is also available for select QC School of Arts events.**
Do children under two need a ticket?
Children under two do not need a ticket but must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Children over two need a ticket for admission.
How do I use a discount offer passcode when ordering tickets online?
On the Ticketmaster event page, click the “Unlock” button and enter your passcode. Find out how to use it here.
How can I get information or make reservations for group tickets?
Kupferberg Center for the Arts welcomes group sales. Our Group Sales Department is poised to help plan and find the perfect event for your group, and for most events, we offer discounted tickets to groups of 10 or more. Offers vary by event and are subject to availability.
General Information:
- Groups of 10-19 receive a 10% discount
- Groups of 20-29 receive a 15% discount
- Groups of 30 or more receive a 20% discount
Policies:
- Group discounts are not available on day of show
- Please specify any special needs when placing your order so that we can best assist you
- Upon receipt of your group ticket order, check the tickets to ensure you have received the correct date and performance time
- Payment in full must be received at the time of the order or the tickets will be released
- Additional seats may be allowed to be added to the order at the discounted rate. However, seating will be based on availability and may not be in the same location as the original group order
How can I purchase tickets for disabled services?
You can purchase tickets for disabled services by contacting our box office directly at (718) 793-8080. We can assist you with accessible seating options and any special accommodations you may need.
What should I do if my seat is broken?
Contact the nearest Usher for assistance.
Are baby carriages and strollers allowed in the theater?
No, baby carriages and strollers are not permitted in the theater. Baskets and car seats are allowed if a seat is purchased for them.
Can I bring outside food and beverages into the theater?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in any of our theaters at any time. Bottled water and adult sippy cups (available at KCA concessions) are allowed.
What items are not allowed inside KCA?
Alcohol, drugs, weapons, bottles, monopods, tripods, selfie-sticks, laser pointers, signs, banners, oversized bags, and recording equipment are prohibited.
Can I use electronic devices during performances?
No, the use of cameras, mobile phones, and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited.
Are pets allowed inside KCA?
Only bona fide service dogs are permitted.
Amenities & Services FAQ
Where are the restrooms located?
Restrooms are accessible from the lobby of all KCA spaces. Children under five must be accompanied by an adult.
Where are water fountains located?
Water fountains are right outside the restrooms in Colden Auditorium and LeFrak Concert Hall.
Is food and beverage service available at KCA venues?
Food and beverage services are available at selected events. Please contact our box office for more information.
What should I do if I need assistance during an event?
