KCA venues are accessible spaces, but understanding their layout and surroundings is crucial for full access.
KCA’s official address is 153-49 Reeves Avenue (at 61st Road), accessed via a staircase. For wheelchair users and those with difficulty climbing stairs:
- Enter through the gate on Kissena Boulevard near the Goldstein Theater. Follow the ramp walkway to reach Goldstein Theater, Colden Auditorium, and LeFrak Concert Hall.
- Alternatively, use the gate on Reeves Avenue near the Aaron Copland School of Music (ACSM) building for direct access to LeFrak Concert Hall. Enter the building, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, then follow signs to LeFrak Concert Hall, Goldstein Theater, and Colden Auditorium.
Seating in the Colden Auditorium
Limited wheelchair spaces with adjoining seating available. Note, mezzanine seating requires use of stairs.
Seating in LeFrak Concert Hall
Limited wheelchair spaces with adjoining seating available at the rear of the orchestra. Balcony accessible via elevator with some stairs required.
Seating in the Goldstein Theatre
Limited wheelchair spaces with adjoining seating available; request at the Box Office.
Please request these seats with the Box Office at time of ticket purchase.
Please note that all wheelchairs, if not being used for seating and all walkers may not remain inside the theaters. Ushers will assist in storing them in the lobby and retrieving them as needed. Please note, wheelchairs are not available for rent at Kupferberg Center for the Arts venues.
