Experience the vibrant legacy of jazz in the heart of Queens this summer! Inspired by the iconic Queens Jazz Trail Map, this free concert series brings the borough’s rich jazz history to life in beautiful community parks—where legends like Armstrong, Coltrane, Fitzgerald, and more once called home.
Queens native and master vibraphonist Bryan Carrott has performed in over 20 countries and appears on 70+ recordings spanning jazz, hip-hop, and world music—with artists like Jay-Z, Debbie Harry, Tom Harrell, and Ladysmith Black Mambazo. A respected educator and longtime performer, Carrott brings decades of global experience and deep Queens roots to the stage.
