All Revelations Schooltime Performances will be reserved on a First-Paid, First-Served basis. Request forms will be accepted, but tickets will not be confirmed until payment is made in full.
Methods of Payment: Visa, MasterCard & Discover are accepted. Purchase Orders & School Checks (No personal checks) will be accepted when an image of the document is sent to our box office.
To create more availability for schools to attend, KCA will now host 2 showings per day of each schooltime program: 10:15am & 12:00pm.
Due to the reduced number of tickets available in LeFrak Concert Hall and Goldstein Theatre, we cannot accept large group bookings. Every Request that is made must be submitted per class, NOT per grade or per school. Each Teacher will be responsible for their own individual class’ reservation.
Each group will only be allowed to request up to 40 tickets total including all students, teachers, paraprofessionals, nurses and parental chaperones.
Due to the NYCDOE/Bus company policies of returning children to their school by a certain time, we cannot offer our 12:00pm showings to schools that fall outside of a 5-mile perimeter of Kupferberg Center of the Arts. KCA will continue our longstanding program of no-cost tickets for TITLE 1 schools, with a maximum 40 free tickets, or one class (including teachers and adults), to each performance. Due to the limited size of our smaller spaces this season, we can only offer the free Title 1 tickets to the first requestor that provides eligibility paperwork: A signed letter from the principal on school letterhead confirming the school’s Title 1 status for the current scholastic year. Each eligible teacher/school will only be able to reserve one free trip for the 2023-24 school year.
No Refunds will be offered except in the rare occurrence that the performance is cancelled. Groups that have no-show buses or buses that break down may contact the box office to approve a transfer of their confirmed reservation to another performance if seats are available.
Late/early arriving guests may nottransfer their reservations to the other performance time of the day. Guests will line up outside the campus for gate access into the corresponding building regardless of weather conditions. Guests that wish to sit together must enter together. Plan to arrive ON TIME!
